What happens after you apply

When you apply for a position with All Options, your application is dealt with fast and professionally. For professional positions we aim to reply to your application within two working days.

On receiving your application, we will review your CV and motivation letter to see whether your skills and experience match the criteria of the position you applied for. You will then receive a reply from our recruitment team either asking for more information, directing you to our online assessments (if you are applying to be a Trainee Derivatives Trader), inviting you to an interview, or advising you that your application was not successful.


Assessments for Trainee Derivatives Trader and IT positions

All applicants for derivatives trading (Trainee Derivatives Trader) positions must complete a series of mathematical, IQ and EQ tests to assess whether you have the suitable skills and characteristics that we look for in an All Options' market maker. These tests can be conducted online or in one of our offices.

For some of our more junior IT opportunities,  we also ask applicants to complete tests to help our internal departmental managers assess your level of knowledge and aptitude.


The interview process differs for each role. In general, you will always initially meet with one of our recruitment specialists, followed by a representative from the trading or another department. This gives both you and us an opportunity to assess whether All Options is the best fit for your character, skills and ambitions.

Essentially, we assess all applicants on both their technical skills and knowledge, in addition to your behaviour and attitude.
